  •  I've booked an excursion - when will I receive my e-ticket? 

       You'll receive your instant confirmation email after you complete your booking if the product is available and the booking is confirmed.  If the product inventory is not readily available at the time, your booking may be received as a request (On Request) pending confirmation; in this case, expect to receive the outcome for your request via email within three working days of completion of the booking process.
     
  •  I've booked an excursion but haven't received a confirmation email - has my booking gone through? 

       If you haven't received an email confirmation for your excursions booking, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Email confirmations will sometimes be filtered into these folders. You can also check the "My Bookings" page on our website.
     
  •  What is a Popguide? 

       This is a multi-language audio guide application (※For this tour POP GUIDE is available in ENGLISH, ITALIAN, FRENCH, SPANISH, GERMAN, CHINESE, JAPANESE and KOREAN), once you make a booking for a 'Things To Do' product which has a 'POP GUIDE' in the inclusions of the product, then you will receive the link where you can download on your mobile device.
