- How do I decide my pick up time for my transfer from the hotel to the airport?
When you search the transfer service on our website, you can specify a pick-up time. To avoid missing your flight, we generally recommend you arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight's scheduled departure. Ensure that you get information about how long it would typically take to get to your destination and have some time allowance to cover possible traffic along the way when deciding your pick up time.
- How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
We recommend you make your reservation at least 96 hours before the service date, although most service providers accept bookings within 72 hours. This is to allow for enough time to prepare for your transfer appropriately.
- Is there a night time service fee?
If your flight is scheduled to arrive at night, you won't have to pay an additional nighttime service fee as this will have been factored in already. If your flight was not scheduled to arrive at night but is delayed and arrives between 22:30–6:30 local time, please get in touch with our supplier's emergency number for advice. - How long will my airport transfer take?
The distance to the airport depends on the location of your hotel. Please look at the Hotel Details to find out how long the trip will take.
- Will there be someone to welcome me at the airport other than a driver?
Only the driver will greet you at the airport's meeting point, holding a board with your name on it.
- I booked an airport transfer for a friend under my account with my details, but I want to provide a friend's contact details instead of mine to ease communication with the driver. Where can I register this information?
You can add the appropriate name & contact details on the booking screen when you finalise your booking.
