In light of COVID-19,
we have set user-friendly cancellation policies in cooperation with our service partners(when available)
such as free cancellations 2 or 3 days prior to the departure.

We want your holiday to be stress free,
so please ensure that you read the cancellation policy specifict to the product you purchase.

Although there are many flexible cancellation policies available on our website,
there are products that are  “partially non-refundable” or “fully non-refundable” (such as museum tickets or other products, like last-minute hotel deals that require strict payment conditions upon reservation.
