•  Can I make payments towards my holiday in a store if I've booked online? 

   Currently, it is NOT possible to make payment for an online booking at one of our H.I.S. Stores. However, you can use your Customer Account, which can be found on the "My bookings" page accessible through the  “My Account" section.  Alternatively, you can contact us directly to make a payment. Please look at our "What is My Account?" question to check if you've got access to "My Account".

  •  Can I choose a currency to pay in? 

   Yes, when making payment online, you have the option of selecting your currency of payment from a choice of  US dollars, UK Pounds, Euros, Brazillian Real and the Japanese Yen.

  •  Can I get an invoice or receipt for my booking? 

   You can get invoices from "My account / My invoices" in your account area.

  •  Can I pay for my holiday with more than one card? 

   We're afraid that our system accepts only one credit card or debit card for the payment for our products online.

  •  Can I make a reservation without a credit card? 

   A valid card is needed to guarantee your reservation with all products/properties.

  •  Do you charge credit card fees? 

   No, you’re not charged any credit card fees. When you review your booking, you can always see exactly what you’re paying for in the price breakdown.

  •  Do you charge transaction fees? 

   We don’t charge any fees for payments by credit or debit card. If you choose to pay in a different currency to your bank account or credit card, your provider may charge you.

  •  The credit card that I used to make a booking is no longer valid. What should I do? 

   Please get in touch with the property/hotel directly. You can find their contact information in your voucher. For security reasons, never provide your credit card details by email.

  •  Why did my payment fail? 

   There are several possible reasons for payment failure, e.g. you may have reached your credit limit or may have input incorrect card details, among other reasons. We suggest that you try using a different card or contact your card issuer to check the reason for the transaction failure.
