- Can I make payments towards my holiday in a store if I've booked online?
Currently, it is NOT possible to make payment for an online booking at one of our H.I.S. Stores. However, you can use your Customer Account, which can be found on the "My bookings" page accessible through the “My Account" section. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to make a payment. Please look at our "What is My Account?" question to check if you've got access to "My Account".
