- What's included in the price for Transfer services?
All taxes, fees, toll road charges are included.
- Will my driver speak my language?
Our drivers speak their native language & basic level of English.
- How can I request suitable pick-up time for our transfer service?
When you search the transfer service on our website, you can specify a pick-up time. To avoid delays to your journey, we generally recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight departs.
- When will I receive my transfer voucher?
You will receive a Booking Confirmation voucher by email after completing your booking.
- When will I receive contact details for my service on the day?
You will receive a contact number on a service voucher when you complete the booking.
- Is there a fee if I exceed the waiting time?
We allow for a maximum waiting time of 90 minutes at the airport, 60 minutes at the station and 15 minutes at the hotel. Your driver's maximum waiting time also depends on your destination. Details on the expected waiting time can be found on your product of choice's information page on the website. Drivers will be released once the maximum waiting time lapses. Any rebooking of transfer services due to foreseen and unforeseen delays should be done by contacting the supplier's emergency contact number available on your booking confirmation document. Please note that a rebooking will attract extra charges.
- How long will the driver wait for free?

- How do I get a receipt?
You can check & download/print out your receipt on our website's 'My Bookings' section.
