  •  How can I get my boarding pass in advance?  

       After completing the online check-in procedure for your flight, you will receive a file with your boarding pass, which you can print out.
     
  •  Do I have to check-in online before departure? 

       Online check-in is optional but advisable to do prior to your arrival at the airport. Online / mobile check-in reduce the amount of time that you spend at the airport check-in counter. Passengers who check-in in advance have a wider choice of seats in the cabin because online it starts much earlier than check-in at the airport.
     
  •  When does Online check-in open? 

       Online check-in conditions differ depending on the airline. As a standard, online check-in opens 24 hours and closes 90 minutes before flight departure.
     
  •  How do I check-in? 

       You can check-in for the flight in two ways:
          1. Go through online registration on the official website or in the airline's mobile application
          2. Check-in for the flight directly at the airport at the airline's check-in counter. The information screens at the airport will help you find out the required counter number.
       In any case, you will need to enter the data from the document confirming your identity.

     
  •  Can I check-in online if I'm travelling with a baby? 

       The rules for online check-in for passengers with babies will vary depending on the carrier.  Some airlines allow online check-in for passengers with infants but with a limited choice of seats in the cabin. Some airlines will not allow passengers with an infant to check-in online; they are only allowed to check-in at the airport at the counter.
     
  •  I've checked in online from my smartphone. How do I save or print my boarding passes? 

       Major airports do not require you to print your boarding pass after doing your online check-in except for a few exceptions, like airports in Russia where passengers are required to carry printed copies of their boarding passes without fail.

       After completing online check-in on the airline's website, you will be prompted to print your boarding pass or send it to your email address as an alternative.

       If you have not received or accidentally deleted the airline company's email containing your boarding pass, do not worry.  The airline has your data in the system. You can contact the airline company and have them re-send you your boarding pass or resend the same to yourself from the "My Bookings" page of the airline company's website.

       If you don't have a printer, don't worry, your boarding pass can be printed at the airport. Airline employees at the check-in counter can help.  You can also use electronic check-in terminals to print your boarding passes if the terminals are available at your point of departure. They are located near your airline's check-in counters and called Check-in or Self Service Machine.

     
  •  I didn't check in online before my outward flight. Can I still check-in online for my flight home? 

       Online check-in opens for each flight from your ticket separately. You can check-in online for your return flight when it opens. The airline will send you a notification about opening online check-in for each of your flights.
