•  How do I know my booking is confirmed? 

       After you complete the booking, you will receive a Booking Confirmation indicating your reference number and other booking details.  This will be proof that your booking has been completed and confirmed.

       If you booked your holiday on our website, you can use "My Account" to :
          - Make payments towards your holiday
          - Review your booking
          - Access and print your booking Voucher and invoice
         
       To log in to "My Account", you'll need the following details:
          - Booking reference, e.g. 12345678 
          - Booking ID
          - Lead passenger surname
          - Departure date

  •  What type of ticket will I get? 

       Almost all products sold on our website will be issued with electronic tickets or vouchers.
     
  •  Do I need to print my booking confirmation? 

       Showing your booking confirmation on your digital device should be sufficient. However, some service providers request a printed confirmation document to keep for administrative reasons on rare occasions.  In this case, we will ensure that we inform you if any of your service providers require printed documentation.  We advise carrying a fully charged power bank for those with smart devices if your phone is low on battery when needed. For those without a smart device, please do have them printed out.
