  •  Can my hotel cater for my dietary needs? 

       Most hotels are flexible enough to cater to dietary needs.  However, you should send your request through the 'Special Request' field on the booking screen and reach out to the hotel directly to confirm.
     
  •  Can I use my mobility scooter in the hotel? 

       It depends on the type of hotel you would like to book. Small apartment-type of hotels would most likely not have enough room.  On the other hand, if the hotel you are booking is big enough for large meetings and events, the hotel would likely have enough space for your mobility scooter.  If you would like a room located in a specific hotel area, such as on the ground floor or near the main facilities, kindly input your request on the 'Special Request' field on the booking screen and reach out to the hotel directly to confirm. 
     
  •  Can I add guests to my current hotel booking?  

       We're afraid that we need to ask you to cancel the current booking and rebook, including your additional guests or make a separate booking for your extra guest.
     
  •  Can I request interconnecting rooms? 

       You can input your request on the  'Special Request' field on the booking screen; however, we can not guarantee that your request will be confirmed as the rooms may not be occupied.  Some hotels do not have interconnecting rooms.
     
  •  Can I request an extra bed in my room and will there be extra costs? 

       Your search is based on the number of rooms and people of your input no the search criteria. If you plan to stay in a room for 2 with an extra bed, please input one room with three persons. If such a room is available, it will appear as a price option.
     
  •  Can I make requests such as early check-in or request a specific room or amenities? 

       When making a reservation, you can send a special request or reach out to the hotel directly if your check-in date is close. Acceptance of your request is at the hotel's discretion and based on availability.  Your request may be made possible subject to additional charges payable directory to the hotel.
     
  •  How do I find out if the property I am staying at allows for pets?  (does not answer Q because it's about finding such property, cannot just be requested in any HTL)

       You can input your request on the 'Special Request' field on the booking screen; however, we can not confirm your request.  Depending on the property or service provider rules, you may be charged extra costs for this.
     
  •  I'd like an accessible room 

       If you need an accessible room - with a walk-in shower or broader doors for your wheelchair, for example - Don't hesitate to contact us before you make a booking.  We will try our best to support you to fulfil your requirement.
     
  •  How can I find out if my hotel is suitable for the less mobile? (formulate differently)

  •  I need a fridge in the room to store my medicines 

       The availability of a fridge in your room usually depends on the category of rooms that you book.  In some cities, even highly rated hotels do not have fridges in the rooms.  If you need a refrigerator in your room for reasons such as keeping your medication at the right temperature, you can place your request through the 'Special Request' field on the booking screen or reach out to the hotel directly.  Please note that placing a request does not guarantee the availability of the fridge.
